Bonita M. Saletta (Bonnie) has been in the Real Estate Business since 1985. She is the President (Owner) and Broker of Midtown Realty Company since 1997.
Bonnie is an active member of the Chautauqua County Community proudly serving on the planning board of the village of Fredonia, the board of assessment review and is a ten year officer on the board of the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors and member of the Buffalo Niagara Board of Realtors. She is a member of the Better Business Bureau and Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce.
Bonnie is a hands-on broker and is in the office on a daily basis working along side each sales agent to better serve clients.
With years of dedicated service to her community and the Real Estate Business, she has received Business Person of The Year Award in 1998 from the Chamber of Commerce, The President Award 2000-2001 of the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors, The Village of Fredonia Trustee Dedicated Service Award 2001, Realtor of the Year Award in 2004, and the Best of The Best Readers choice Award in 2007.
Annual events Midtown Realty Company supports include Trooper Toys for Tots, SUNY College at Fredonia Musical, National Night out, The Fredonia Midget Football Team, local cheerleading, dance, and softball teams.
