Alan J. Dolce has been a Home Builder/Remodeler in Chautauqua County for over 20 years. He developed one of Fredonia’s local residential subdivisions, built homes on Chautauqua Lake, marketed and sold many of the homes that he built. In addition to his construction experience he currently owns and manages 20 residential and 2 commercial rental units. He has been a Realtor with Midtown Realty Co. since 2005 and has produced a minimum of $1,000,000 sales volume each year.
In addition to being a member of the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors, New York Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Alan has continued his education and training and in 2008 became a licensee in Nevada and a member of the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors.
