Brian Hover was involved with a very successful start business that in a very short period of time controlled a 90% market share throughout Chautauqua County, upon graduating college with a degree in business. Brian’s secret to success was negotiating contracts and customer service. After selling the business in 1998 Brian went back to college and earned his degree in accounting which he currently utilizes in his current position as controller of a local business.
Brian joined Midtown Realty as a sales associate in 2007 and is currently active in the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors, New York association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. In addition he is on the finance committee of the Northern Chautauqua Boys and Girls Club and on the board of directors of Shorewood Country Club as treasure.
Although relatively new to working in real estate, Brian’s knowledge of Chautauqua County, experience and contacts with local lenders & attorneys, experience in negotiating contracts, and experience in the housing industry, he is ready to help his clients through out the entire buying & selling process to a successful conclusion.
