Andrew J. Woloszyn (Andy) has been a successful independent small business owner for the past eight years, an active Real Estate Sales agent, and currently owns a State Farm Insurance franchise in Westfield, NY. Andy is a SUNY College at Fredonia graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. In addition to teaching, Andy was also the Clerk, Board of Assessors for the city of Dunkirk, NY from 1999-2007.
Andy is a firm believer in continuous education and has several New York State Certifications such as; New York State Property Tax Assessor Certification, New York State Property & Casualty Insurance License, New York State Life & Health Insurance License, is Series 6 & 63 Investment Licensed, and a member of the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors.
As a life-long resident of Dunkirk and Chautauqua County, he is proficient in property taxes, property tax law, and property tax exemptions.
Andy owns twelve rental houses and twenty-four rental units in which he personally manages and provides maintenance services for. He has a strong commitment to the Chautauqua County Community and is a former volunteer for the United Way of Northern Chautauqua County, Dunkirk Public Schools Scholarship Committee, and Gymnastic Society of the Polish Falcons. He currently volunteers on the Dunkirk Democratic Committee and is the Financial Secretary for the Dunkirk Falcon Club.
